Why don't I get an email notification when I submit a ticket from the ITarian Endpoint Management client?
Currently, the only confirmation of a Help Desk ticket being created via the ITarian Endpoint Management client
is a brief Windows 10 style pop-up notification in the lower right corner of your computer screen. That notification disappears quickly. We hope that in the future ITarian will allow email notifications as well.
